(More customer reviews)Probably most people don't use a pressure cooker these days, but since my mother always used one, I do, too. I have one of the "old" ones, and I love it! Have had to replace the gasket a number of times, and one used to be able to go to the neighborhood hardware store to pick one up. No more ... so I was so glad to find this available on Amazon!
