(More customer reviews)I owned this rice cooker for less then 4 hrs. brought it home. got excited. On the first use, it started smoking. i unplugged it. I had to throw the rice away. the smoking was a burnt electrical smell. I am not a fan of Elite anymore i will not buy anything they make. I bought a single burner that i was going to use and put in a smoker. that lovely think gave out electrical smoke too. i wish that i could say i loved it because i was excited to use it. Roll the dice on this product, you may get a good one.
