(More customer reviews)Very vague. Few recipes. I was expecting a basic list of what meats/veggies/fruit that need to be pressure canned and at what. It did have some, but nothing on chicken, beef, pork or basics. Veggies/Fruits covered about 15, if memory serves there are hundreds of different fruits/veggies!
Okay for taking care of your canner, but that's all.
