(More customer reviews)Item arrived with a broken plastic handle. Their "customer support" team was contacted to resolve the issue. Their strategy is to place you on hold indefinitely THEN hang up on you. On the 5th attempt, the exasperated representative (because God forbid they have to support their product) rudely and reluctantly agreed to replace the plastic piece on the condition that the broken piece was mailed to them first.
Really? Mail back broken plastic before you replace it? Did I mention that the handle doubles as half of the stand?
Of course they couldn't provide an ETA for when they would actually ship this piece but they guesstimated 6-10 weeks.
The seller - to their credit - was a lot more upstanding. They offered an exchange but I refuse to support such a crappy manufacturer. Take your money elsewhere. I did.
