(More customer reviews)This has become one of the heavily used items in my kitchen. I love poached eggs, and this cooker provides perfect ones in a very easy routine. The key is to follow the instructions (very easy) correctly, i.e. use the right amounts of water with the measuring cup and let your eggs warm up to room temperature before you poach. The cooker has been reliable and easy to clean as well. I love this gadget!

A foolproof way to cook eggs, this 400-watt appliance comes with two trays--an inner tray that will hard- or soft-boil up to seven eggs and a second tray for poaching up to four eggs at a time. Use the included measuring cup to add a precise amount of water to the stainless-steel and plastic base--all the needed measurement markings are provided on the side of the see-through cup. Turn the lighted on/off button to the "on" position, and the unit will steam away all the water. When finished cooking, it automatically shuts-off and buzzes an alarm to indicate the eggs are ready. The concept's quite simple--more water means more cooking time; less water means less cooking time. Use the portable appliance for quick, healthy breakfasts before work in the morning, or take it with when on the road for breakfasts that consist of something more substantial than hotel doughnuts.
