(More customer reviews)Works properly to cook meals. However, the inner pot can be difficult to remove. I used it the other night for a meal, which was delicious. Sometimes, even using the quick release, you still have to put it in the sink and run cold water over it for several minutes to get it to release. I cleaned the inner pot after use, placed it into the cooker and put the cooker into the cabinet. The next morning, I realized that the booklet was laying out, and I wanted to place the booklet in the inner pot so I would have it handy the next time I use the cooker. It was difficult to remove the lid from the inner pot. The inner pot comes out together with lid, and you have to pop it with your hands to get it to release. Not sure what that is about, but it has happened several times. If any one has experience with this problem, please advise. Otherwise, love the way the cooker has made pinto beans, beef tips with gravy and barbeque country pork ribs. I am looking forward to many meals from this cooker. It is just difficult to use at times.
