(More customer reviews)I got this pressure cooker to tenderize very tough meats, cook beans faster, etc. I was a little worried since I never used a pressure cooker before, but this thing is really easy with clear labels for lock/unlock on the lid. A bright colored switch.
It also has a very sturdy design. It's worth 2x the amount you pay on amazon.
Caution: If you cook frothy things, boil off that stuff first, since it can clog the nozzles in the pressure cooker. That not something specific to this cooker, just a general safety tip for noobs to pressure cooking.
