(More customer reviews)The rice from this cooker turns out pretty well if you don't add too much water. For every cup of rice, I add about a cup and a half of water, and this makes a good batch of rice no matter how little or how much I cook. I also like the plastic paddle that comes with the cooker. Little things that irritate me: (1) the vent for the steam is in the back of cooker, so I have to pull it far away from any cabinets or turn it backwards to use it; (2) tough to clean, because the condensation from the steam accumulates on the top cook plate and runs into grooves that cannot be separated from the appliance, so it can be very awkward and time-consuming to clean well; (3) the "warm" function runs too hot, so you have to unplug the device altogether and heat up left over rice in the microwave or else the bottom gets burned; and (4) the steamer tray sits pretty low inside the cooker, so you can't cook rice and steam vegetables or whatever at the same time. Overall: an OK rice cooker for now, but may consider getting another long-term.
