(More customer reviews)I purchased this at a gourmet cooking shop. It worked perfectly. I wanted my egg cooked a little more so I increased the time for a hard boiled egg from 5 minutes to 6 1/2. It was perfect! It's a little tricky seeing the water line because the egg has to be in (because of water displacement) but once you get the feel for that, it works great.
