Just follow the simple directions that come with the product and you will have a great omelettte in a little over two and half minutes (time varies just a bit according to the power of the microwave). I add all kinds of fillings and no matter how much I layer on, it still turns out great. It does require the use of non-stick cooking spray for best results but the omelettes slide right out and clean up is a snap. Dishwasher safe.
