(More customer reviews)I haven't had any problems with this cooker. I cook rice 4 times a week. The inner pot is stainless steel, and the rice doesn't stick that badly to the pot. All you need to do is to soak it in hot water for 10-15 minutes, then use a blue scrub-sponge to scrub off the rice. Yes, the steamer is plastic, but I don't use it, so that doesn't bug me. I haven't had a problem with the switch yet, and I've had this cooker for about 6-9 months.
